Short Bio
LayZee is a German Eurodance artist, best known as one of the members of the legendary group Mr. President, which rose to worldwide fame in the 1990s. LayZee (real name Delroy Rennalls) became the group’s lead rapper and gave its hits their distinctive sound.
As part of Mr. President, he contributed to iconic tracks such as “Coco Jamboo”, “I Give You My Heart”, “Show Me The Way”, and “I’ll Follow The Sun”, which climbed to the top of European and global charts. The album “We See the Same Sun” (1996) was especially successful, cementing the group’s status as international Eurodance superstars.
After the original lineup of Mr. President disbanded, LayZee continued his career as a solo performer under the name LayZee aka Mr. President. His shows combine the timeless hits of the 90s with fresh energy and modern sound, allowing him to keep filling venues across Europe and beyond.
Today, LayZee performs together with talented vocalist Elza Danis, who delivers the melodic parts, recreating the authentic spirit of the golden Eurodance era while adding a contemporary touch.
