The Captain Jack project was founded in 1995 by producer Udo Niebergall in Germany. Over the past three decades, the group has become one of the symbols of Eurodance, thanks to its trademark blend of military aesthetics, energetic rap, and powerful female vocals. In 2025, the project celebrates its 30-year anniversary with a series of new releases and live performances.
One of the band’s iconic tracks, “Volare”, has been given new life. The original Captain Jack version was released in the early 2000s in several mixes — from the Latin Radio Mix to the Clubmix. Now the group presents a modern reinterpretation — “Volare (Tropical Dance Mix)”, released on August 15, 2025.
Unlike its previous versions, the new mix stands out with a more danceable groove and a contemporary tropical dance sound. It combines the familiar melody with up-to-date club elements, preserving the classic catchiness while adapting it to today’s music trends.
